The first reason the video may freeze is when you try to click ahead in the video to skip sections. While the video loads to the section you are trying to view, there may be some buffering that causes it to freeze while your computer catches up to that section.
Here are some additional reasons the video may freeze:
1. Slow internet connection (you might try restarting your modem)
2. Slow computer speed (computer may need to be restarted)
3. Slow browser (if using Chrome or Firefox, switch to Microsoft Edge or
Internet Explorer. If using Explorer or Edge, try switching to Chrome or
Firefox)
4. If you are using a tablet or mobile device and are using your network,
try switching to WiFi. If you are on WiFi, try switching to your network
(data rates may apply)
5. If you are using a tablet or mobile device, please be sure you are
viewing in a supported mobile environment such as Safari in Apple iOS 10
or later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Android
OS 4.4 or later.
6. If you are using Windows 10, sometimes the Microsoft updates can cause your computer to run slowly. You may need to wait for your computer to finish updating and then restart your computer in order to continue to view the videos.
If you are still having trouble viewing the videos after applying the above troubleshooting, please contact us via the support form.
The course was designed to be completed sequentially. In order for you to view the next video section, you must wait until the the current video plays to completion. This usually is indicated when the video fades to black, then the “Complete” button will change color from gray to green. At this point, once you click “Complete,” you will automatically be advanced to the next video.
You MUST click the “Complete” button to advance. If you go out of the current video and try to click the next lesson without marking the current video complete, you will be asked to complete the first lesson to proceed.
If you have allowed the video to play to completion and the screen has faded to black, but the “Complete” button is not changing to green for you to click, then please contact us via the support form.
Once you register on the site, you will receive an email with a link to set up your password. This link automatically generates a strong password for you to use, but you can change it at this time to something you can remember.
If you forget your password, you can click the link “forgot password” in the login form and a new email will be sent to you so that you can update your password. Do not submit to retrieve your password multiple times as this will confuse the system and none of your links will work. Please wait for the email to arrive in your inbox. Sometimes this can take a few minutes.
Also, be sure you are checking your SPAM folder if it is not showing up in your inbox. If you continue to have issues retrieving your password and completing your registration, please fill out the support form.

Approved CAMFT Provider #128298
No. If your state board uses CE Broker to track continuing education, you will need to upload CE certificates manually. State rules and processes for the use of CE Broker differ by board.
Yes. The California Board of Behavioral Sciences no longer directly approves CE providers; instead, they recognize providers who are approved through a number of specific organizations. We are approved through the California Association of Marriage Counselors (CAMFT). As such, our courses are accepted for California LMFT’s, LPCC’s, LCSW’s, and LEP’s.
At this time, we are not offering courses that satisfy these requirements, but keep checking back.
Some boards allow you to gain all of your CE online, while other boards have strict limits. For current information on your license, check with your applicable licensing board.
For what professions and states is Dr. Talal H. Alsaleem, PsyD, LMFT approved to offer CE credits?
Note: Many state licensing boards impose specific limitations on course content, distance education, or other elements of continuing education, even when courses are taken from approved providers. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that courses taken will meet requirements for your license.
