Jenn is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated with her Master’s in Marriage Family and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix in 2017. She is ready to walk with you on your path to healing and self-discovery. She offers a non-judgmental, empathic, and welcoming environment during her sessions along with a safe place to speak freely about your struggles. Jenn has a strong passion for helping couples, individuals, children, adolescents, and families. Jenn utilizes various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Client Centered, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Jenn has worked with a wide variety of clients with diverse backgrounds and presenting problems. Jenn believes that every experience you have shapes the person that you are and there is something you can learn from even the worst of experiences. She believes that it is the therapist role to sit with the client and guide them to their own solutions that will provide the client with closure, enlightenment, strength, healing and growth.
